Foreign Players Besiege FPISA

As the Ibadan based FRENAGE-Progression International Soccer Academy (FPISA) prepares to churn out its first set of graduates, players from countries like Gambia, Kenya and Zimbabwe have bombarded the Nigerian academy with requests.
Young aspiring footballers from many African Nations according to the manager of FPISA, Mobolaji Kayode have flooded the website of FPISA with requests inquiring on how to get enrolled into the soccer school.
“I can tell you that we are going to have many players coming from outside this country in our next session that will commence soon after we graduated the first batch of players this weekend. We have gotten many applicants from Gambia, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Gabon calling and mailing to inquire about the application’s process into the FPISA.
“Ebrima Korta, and Nicolas Ideh, both 16 years of age from Gambia had signified interest while Omar Abdi Guliye, 17 from Kenya and Steven Ngoroak, 18 from Gabon have called to inquire on how to enroll for the new session,” FPISA manager told sporting press in Ibadan.
The soccer academy which was founded barely 6 months ago was under the supervision of the former Ajax Amsterdam Coach Sir Tony Calver would also be jetting out with 20 outstanding footballers selected from the first batch of their intakes for a trials with some professional clubs in Europe.
