Published: September 06, 2012
Falconets forward Francisca Ordega had reached an agreement in principle to join Jitex BK after the Fifa Under 20s, the official website of the Swedish outfit reported earlier in the week.
A one - year - contract plus an option of a further season was on the table waiting for the 19 - year -old Nigeria youth - teamer to sign.
Now, the Rivers Angels player, author of four goals in Japan, has poured cold water on media reports linking her with a switch to Jitex BK.
Ordega told supersport.com : ''l have been inundated with calls and mails from friends, club mates and family relatives back home in Nigeria congratulating me for what l do not know anything about.
"It is even more worrisome when there has been no contact either verbal or written with the so-called club in the past or now. I am extremely sad to hear this."
