Former Warri Wolves striker Anthony Ujah arrived Mainz 05 in the summer of 2011 from Norwegian club Lillestrom with a huge reputation.
In his debut season with The Carnival club, Ujah did not live up to his wonder-kid tag as he managed to score in only one game against VfB Stuttgart.
To enable the young Nigerian get match time and understand the rigors of German football, Mainz sanctioned the player's loan move to Cologne in the last hours of the summer transfer market.
