PETER UTAKA Suspended For One Game
Published: October 26, 2012
Dalian Aerbin Nigerian forward Peter Utaka is unavailable for selection in Saturday's CSL clash against Shanghai Shenhua. Utaka has accumulated four yellow cards, and has been suspended for one game by the League Body.
Logically, Utaka is disappointed that he won't feature in the penultimate game before the end of the championship.
''I really regret that I am not playing especially as this is the last home game of the season, had wanted to make the fans happy with a goal. However, I will come to the stadium to cheer for my teammates.
''Now, we attack a lot, even if I'm not in the field, scoring will not be too difficult,'' the ex OB Odense hero was quoted as saying by Peninsula Morning News, China.
Utaka has 18 strikes in 27 appearances this season, 5 goals behind top scorer in the league Cristian Dnlache of Jiangsu Sainty.
