Beikta, looking for offensive reinforcements in the winter transfer market, are monitoring the transfer situation of Nigerian forward Kim Ojo, whose contract with SK Brann expires at the end of the 2013 season, writes ba.no
Despite the overtures of the Brann hierarchy, Ojo is not keen on extending his contract with the Norwegian Premier League club. And this has sparked interest for the services of the prolific forward.
Representatives of Beikta, Chievo Verona, Hamburg and Gent were in attendance on Monday to see firsthand Ojo in action.
This is not the first time Ojo is being linked with a Turkish club. Last year, the Warri born player was seriously courted by Fenerbache and Bursaspor but the clubs did not back their interest with an official bid.
Transfer market experts value Kim Ojo at a transfer fee of one million euros.
