EFE AMBROSE To Interfere With MESSI's Planned Celebration
Published: November 06, 2012
Glasgow Celtic defender Efe Ambrose says he will interfere with the planned goal celebration of Lionel Messi in Wednesday's Champions League clash at Parkhead.
Messi's partner, Antonella, had given birth to a boy last Friday, and the Argentine super-star wants to announce the arrival of his baby to a global audience. Should he find the back of the net, Messi wants to show fans a pacifier, which he hides in his socks.
''First of all I will tell Lionel Messi congratulations. It’s a great thing to become a father but I believe we are going to ruin his party here in Glasgow,'' Ambrose was quoted as saying by The Telegraph.
Ambrose was chosen by panelists in the Champions League team of the Week for the last round of matches. He prevented Messi from scoring and contributing to the two goals scored by Barcelona.
