ESPN To Broadcast Game; Venezuela Squad Hit By Injuries

Media giants ESPN has secured the rights to broadcast Wednesday's exhibition game between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Venezuela National Team, nicknamed The Burgundy.
A large number of Nigerian and Venezuelan supporters are expected at Marlins Park, Miami to witness the encounter that serves as a tune - up game for both countries.
The Nigeria selection led by Coach Stephen Keshi will use the friendly to fine-tune strategies ahead of the 2013 African Cup in South Africa while the South Americans have a difficult Brazil 2014 qualifying group to navigate.
Meanwhile, two players originally in The Burgundy squad, won't be making the trip to the United States as a results of injuries.
Young Boys striker Josef Martinez and Panachaiki, Greece midfielder Francisco Pol got injured while on club assignment and have been replaced by Fernando Aristeguieta(Caracas Football Club) and Hamburg's Tomás Rincón.
