Tavriya Insist ADELEYE Remains Their Player
Published: November 16, 2012
Information in the media that Nigeria international Dele Adeleye is no longer a player of Tavriya is not true, writes football.ua citing the official website of the Ukrainian club.
Instead, the 23 - year - old Beijing Olympic silver medalist does not appear in training, and this act could be punished by the Simferopol based club.
Executive Director of Tavriya, Yury Vasyukov says Adeleye followed the path of his compatriot Abdulwaheed Afolabi .
''Having a contract with Tavriya, he simply ran out of the club - not show up in training, turned off the phone and we do not know where he currently resides. ''
Tavriya confirmed that they received a fax from Adeleye on November 14, which informed that he unilaterally terminated his contract.
