Exclusive: ANTHONY OKPOTU Could Replace KIM OJO At SK Brann
Published: December 02, 2012
Highly rated Lobi Stars striker Anthony Okpotu is one of the candidates to replace Kim Ojo at Norwegian club SK Brann, allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report.
With Ojo's deal set to expire in December 2013, it is a foregone conclusion that he would be sold to the highest bidder in the January transfer market. And the Brann chiefs have targeted Okpotu as his replacement, subject to a successful trial next month.
Also in the running for Okpotu are Hamburg, Cologne and Rapid Vienna. The scouting teams of the Bundesliga clubs are studying his videos and curriculum vitae, with intentions of inviting him for trials soon.
It is estimated that Anthony Okpotu would cost any interested club the sum of 250,000 euros in transfer fees.
