Hodd Won't Offer NONSO LALA, KAZEEM AHMED New Contracts
Published: December 11, 2012
There are strong speculations in the Norwegian media that Cup winners IL Hødd will not extend the contracts of two of their Nigerian players Nonso Lala and Kazeem Ahmed.
''The contracts expire 31 December, and the way it looks now is they are not renewed, '' says Hødd-sports director André Nevstad to Vikebladet Posten.
Nonso Lala came to Hodd from the domestic league at the beginning of the 2012 season, and the former Enyimba ace impressed in his first few games. He netted 3 goals in 23 matches for the Ulsteinvik based club.
Kazeem Ahmed's second spell with Hodd was less successful due to injuries. The winger started only 3 games in the Adeccoligaen this past season.
