The result means The Reds now occupy the third position in the standings, 8 points behind league leaders Anderlecht.
Speaking to RTBF after the game, Ezekiel said: ''It feels good to score again and win. The more you win, the more confidence. Confidence is growing every day.''
The teenager has praised Standard coach Mircea Rednic, who has been on the job for only two months, for having belief in his abilities.
He told the Belgian broadcaster: ''Three months ago I had to adapt it. The new coach talked to me and gave me a lot of confidence.''
Imoh Ezekiel is enjoying his best spell since moving to Belgium. He has scored in each of his last four matches in the Pro League.
