HASAN EGILMEZ Targets Six Nigerian Players To Join Tomori Berat
Published: December 19, 2012
Hasan Egilmez, former manager of 36 Lion Academy Lagos, has resumed as the new coach of Albania Super League side Tomori Berat.
FK Tomori Berat, who are last in the standings with a paltry 6 points from 13 matches, are in a precarious position. To avoid the drop, Egilmez must bring new faces to the squad in the January transfer window.
''My focus on foreign players is only on Nigerian players. I love them and their abilities. My plan is to get six players from Nigeria to my team. Also for the future, I would love to see big talented Nigerian players in this team. Nigeria is my country and I love the Eagles,'' says Egilmez to allnigeriasoccer.com.
One of the candidates to lead the team's attack in the second stanza of the season is the highly rated Shooting Stars player Morenikeji Akanbi.
