Trabzonspor Ahead Of Besiktas For Kalu Uche

Out - of - favor Nigeria international Kalu Uche is attracting huge interest from within Turkey in the January transfer window, according to reports in Turkey.
Apart from the interest of Besiktas, the former Enyimba ace is being courted by Trabzonspor, writes authoritative sports daily Fanatik.
The Turkish newspaper says manager Å�enol GüneÅ� is keen on signing Kalu Uche, and in the coming days will start negotiations with Super League rivals Kasimpasa, who have reportedly placed a bounty of three million euros on Uche's head.
Uche is desired by the Trabzon based club due to his physical strength. On top of that, he's having an outstanding season with Kasimpasa, notching 9 goals in 17 matches for his modest club.
30 - year - old Kalu Uche, who was surprisingly omitted by coach Stephen Keshi in his 33 - man Afcon roster, is tied to Kasimpasa until the summer of 2015.
