Chidi Omeje Reveals Interest From Sweden, Denmark

Last week , it was announced that 22 - year - old Nigerian striker Chidi Omeje, top scorer for Dalkurd this past season, had ended his two - year collaboration with the Swedish third - tier club.
Omeje has commented on his departure from Dalkurd, and has hinted that he would remain in Scandinavia in the 2013 season.
'' I left because I want to take a step further in my career. I am going to miss everything about the club. Right now I am considering the options available. Some second division clubs in Denmark and Sweden are interested in me. But I can not reveal their names as we are still negotiating,'' Omeje told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Chidi Omeje netted 20 goals in 34 appearances for Dalkurd, who have on their payroll midfielder Michael Omoh.
