Nigeria left back Elderson Echiejile has been summoned by Braga coach José Peseiro for the 13th round of games in the championship against Moreirense on Sunday, January 6th.
Late on Saturday, Sporting Braga were informed by the Nigeria Football Federation that they can make use of Echiejile for the game at the Estádio AXA (Braga). Thus, José Peseiro has named a 19 - man squad for the encounter.
Echiejile has been authorized by the NFF to be absent from the Eagles camp in Faro, where the team is preparing for the African Cup of Nations. After Sunday's game, the 24 - year - old will link up with the Nigeria squad.
It would be Echiejile's 8th appearance in the Primeira Liga if he gets some minutes against Moreirense.
