Emeghara Ready For Dusseldorf
Published: January 07, 2013Nigeria born Swiss striker Innocent Emeghara is on the brink of a move to Germany to link up with Fortuna Düsseldorf, according to leaks gathered by reputable French sports daily L'Equipe.
Emeghara's current contract with Lorient expires in the summer of 2015. Has not had much playing opportunities this season as the gaffer Christian Gourcuff prefers ex Arsenal man Jeremie Aliadière and Kevin Monnet-Paquet in attack. In fact, his only appearance in Ligue 1 this season was as a substitute against Valenciennes.
If the transfer materializes, Emeghara, 23 would join Leon Balogun in North Rhine-Westphalia .
