Valladolid Ahead Of Vitesse Arnhem In Race For Tamuz

Valladolid have written an official letter to the management of Hapoel Tel Aviv which states that they are interested in signing the Israeli - Nigerian front-man Toto Tamuz, writes one.co.il.
Tamuz has contractual obligations with Hapoel Tel Aviv until June, 2013. Under Fifa rules, he can start negotiating with any club of his choice in January.
Valladolid hope to convince Toto Tamuz to join the team in the summer and are reportedly in advanced negotiations with his agent Ronen Katsav .
Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem are also interested in the Israel internationalist. If Tamuz is not sold in this window, Hapoel would lose him as a free agent in June.
So far, Toto Tamuz has netted 8 goals in 14 matches for Hapoel Tel Aviv.
