Update - Nurudeen Orelesi Frozen Out Of First Team
Published: February 05, 2013
Former Nigeria youth international Nurudeen Orelesi was not listed as Skënderbeu Korçë thrashed Kastrioti Krujë 5 - 1 to progress to the semi-final of the Albanian Cup on Monday.
Nurudeen Orelesi is fishing for a move away from the Albanian champions and has held clear-the-air-talks with president Takaj.
In his post match comments, coach Mirel Josa explained the omission of Nurudeen Orelesi, who is reportedly attracting huge interest from Ukrainian Premier League club FC Kryvbas.
''I left Orelesi for two reasons. First I like to try another player in that role and secondly as long as he does not solve his problems with the club, he will not be part of the team,'' Josa was quoted as saying by Panorama Sport.
23 - year - old Orelesi, touted to be one of the best players in the Albanian championship, has scored 2 goals in 13 matches this season.
