Crystal Palace Manager Plays Down Interest In Odemwingie

Crystal Palace coach Ian Holloway has played down reports linking the club with a move for the Nigeria international Peter Odemwingie.
It had been previously reported that Odemwingie will arrive the London club on loan for the remainder of the season, and then sign a permanent contract in the summer.
''I haven't got a clue about that. Someone contacted the chairman. I was asked would I want him? I said yes.
"I don't really think that's a realistic target for us personally,'' Holloway told Sky Sports.
Under contract with West Brom until June 2014, Odemwingie is valued at around five million euros by transfer market experts. Russian club Rubin Kazan are also believed to be monitoring the transfer situation of the Super Eagle
