Chinedu Obasi To Undergo Shin Surgery

For the past three seasons,Obasi has struggled with injuries, which has limited his appearances in the Bundesliga.
Chinedu Obasi has been carrying a 30 centimeter long titanium nail in the left shin, which was broken at the 2010 World Cup.
From a medical point of view, Obasi is healed but he still experiences pains.
The previous plan was for the Super Eagle to undergo surgery in the summer . The surgery is likely to be brought forward because of the pains being experienced.
This season, the 26 - year - old attacker played only 4 matches in the Bundesliga.
