Fifa Ranking: Nigeria In The 31st Position

The Super Eagles of Nigeria were ranked as the 31st best team in the world in the latest ranking by Football's governing body Fifa.
In comparison with last month's ranking, Nigeria, who are the 4th best team in Africa, dropped one position.
World Cup qualifying group opponents Malawi, Kenya and Namibia are ranked 109th, 122nd and 125th respectively . In the continental ranking, the Flames are ranked 32nd, Harambee Stars 34th while the Brave Warriors are placed 37th.
European and World champions Spain continue to top the ranking followed by Germany, Argentina and Croatia.
Fifa Confederations Cup foes Uruguay are in 17th position while Tahiti occupy the 134th place.
