Rilwan Hassan Pleased With His Progress
Published: May 15, 2013
Though Glen Riddersholm and Rilwan Hassan have both worked together during practice, the FC Midtjylland coach has challenged the Nigerian winger to be more decisive.
Tight dribbling and a fast instep have long been Rilwan Hassan's major strengths, but what is lacking is an end product.
And he has succeeded to an extent, says Rilwan.
''I am very satisfied. We had a lot of work so I can make more goals and assists and succeeded.
''I have improved, my thanks to the coaches and my teammates, but it can of course still be better,''says Hassan to bold.dk.
He added: ''Many times it ends up that the keeper made a good save or it is not converted by my teammate. And so there is more to come, I think.''
The future of Rilwan Hassan will be clarified at the end of the season. It had been earlier reported that FCM want to offload some of their old first - team players this summer.
''I do not mean to be sold or change clubs right now. It's only about the last games of the season.
''When they are finished, we can talk about my future. But until then, I think only on the encounters.
''With a little luck we can still achieve the top four. We must win our last games and hope it's enough,'' he concluded.
Hassan has scored 4 goals (6 assists) in 29 Danish Super Liga games this season.
