EXCLUSIVE - Agent: Hayat Sen Does NOT Represent Uche Kalu
Published: May 16, 2013
Now, Mustafa Sezgin, 27, has clarified to this portal circumstances that led Uche Kalu joining Rizespor last summer.
''Hayat Sen does not represent Uche Kalu. Not sure he knows the player in person or can identify him if he walks past.
''About eight different agents including Hayat Sen were trying to bring Uche Kalu to Turkey. Processing a visa for him especially during the Ramadan period was very difficult,'' Sezgin told allnigeriasoccer.com in a telephone conversation.
He went on: ''Uche Kalu had earlier been promised a contract by Sen to join Adana Demirspor but there were problems processing his traveling documents.
''I had an offer for Kalu to sign for Rizespor. I was able to act fast, got him a visa on arrival in Turkey.
''The relationship between myself and Kalu is more than the agent - player relationship. He is my friend and brother.''
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Uche Kalu SIGNED a three - year deal with newly promoted Super League club Rizespor on Monday.
Nigeria powerhouse Enyimba will pocket 400,000 euros from the deal. Also, 30 percent sell on clause was inserted into the contract.
