Following the relegation on Black Leopards from the ABSA Premiership, Nigerian striker Joshua Obaje is set to leave the Limpopo based outfit even though the leadership of the club wants to hold on to his services.
On Saturday, Black Leopards lost their top flight status after losing 3 -2 to Bethlehem - Free State Star in the last round of matches.
Even before Black Leopards' relegation was confirmed, 23 - year - old Obaje had been on the wish list of clubs based in South Africa and overseas.
''Obaje will sit down with management to discuss his future as he still has two years to go on his contract.
''He would love to leave the club, does not fancy playing in the second - tier,''a representative of the former Heartland ace told allnigeriasoccer.com.
In the just concluded season, Obaje netted 2 goals in 18 Premiership matches.
