Flying Eagles Coach: Losing Is Part Of The Game
Published: June 06, 2013
Under 20 National Team assistant coach, Yakubu Maigaji has shared his thoughts and impressions on the 2 - 1 loss to Portugal in the Flying Eagles final match of the Toulon Tournament.
''Losing is part of the game, you play poorly and you win, sometimes you play well and you lose, that's what has happened to us today.
''We'll remember positive things from this tournament, a lot of interactions between the players, a lot of pleasure too.
''It's significant for young players to be against countries like Brazil, Portugal or Mexico
''For the World Cup, we need to improve in front of goal, '' Yakubu Maigaji said to the official website of the tournament organizer, festival-foot-espoirs.com.
