EXCLUSIVE: Al Malkiya Offer Michael Olagbemiro Three - Year Contract Extension

In the winter transfer market, the midfield enforcer joined Al Malkiya for the remainder of the season.
''It was a great season as I was very instrumental in assisting Al Malkiya remain in the first division. So next season, we hope to challenge for trophies.
''They have put plans down on signing good local players. They offered me a three - year contract,'' Michael, whose dad Abraham Olagbemiro was the team manager of the gold winning Atlanta 1996 Dream Team, told allnigeriasoccer.com in a telephone conversation.
Former club Al Hala are also in the running for Olagbemiro's signature as they have offered him a one - year deal but the player's priority is to remain with Al Malkiya where he blossomed last term.
Al Malkiya, who finished second from bottom this past campaign, start pre - season training at the end of next month.
