Nigeria Confederations Cup Squad Valued At 66.5 Million Euros

In terms of market value of teams playing at the Fifa Confederations Cup, the Spain National Team is the most prestigious, with a total price tag of €647.5 million, according to estimates by Brazilian sports business consultants, Pluri Consultoria.
Host nation Brazil, Europeans Italy, South America champions Uruguay, Asia kings Japan, CONCACAF champions Mexico, Nigeria and Oceania representatives Tahiti fill the remaining slots, in that order.
The Nigeria selection is rated around €66.5 million . As you would expect, Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, who is said to be attracting interest from Galatasary this summer transfer market, is the most valuable player in the Super Eagles, with a market value of €24.1 million.
In second place is Dynamo Kiev's Brown Ideye, who is rated €10.6 million, followed by CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa (€8.3 million).
Note that Enugu Rangers star Sunday Mba is valued at €0.6m, same figure he was rated by allnigeriasoccer.com's Editorial staff.
