Nigeria lost the chance to progress to the semi - finals of the Fifa Confederations Cup after the 2 - 1 loss to South America champions Uruguay at Itaipava Arena Fonte Nova (Salvador, Bahia) on Thursday.
Nonetheless, Lille custodian and Super Eagles skipper Vincent Enyeama is refusing to throw in the towel and is positive that a win against World Champions Spain is not impossible.
''We're almost out. We have one more game and nobody knows what will happen. It will be an interesting game.
''Spain is the best team champions, but we'll see. We're not out. We will see what will happen. The most important thing was to come here, enjoy the game, to see what will happen in the World Cup and we are enjoying it,'' says Enyeama to Sport TV .
Enyeama went on: ''I would rather have a bad game and have won. All played very well. Let's see what happens against Spain. I hope we can play better.''
