Sunshine Stars' Daniel Ignatius Mendie To Test With Wisla Krakow

With effect from Tuesday, July 9 Wisla Krakow will start testing Nigerian left back Daniel Ignatius Mendie, writes the official website of the Ekstraklasa club.
The 22 - year - old, who currently plies his trade with Sunshine Stars, Akure hopes to be offered a contract when tests are concluded.
''I know that Wiså‚a Kraków is the largest Polish club, so I had no doubt, to come here. I hope that I can convince the coach Franciszek Smuda, " said Mendie to the official website, wisla.krakow.pl.
If Mendie is offered a contract, the highly rated defender will join former Nigeria youth - teamer Emmanuel Sarki at the 14 - time champions of Poland.
Two other Nigerian players - Isah Akor (Heartland, Owerri) and Saheed Fabiyi (Enyimba, Aba) - are also being linked with Wisla Krakow in the summer transfer market.
