Crewe Alexandra Will Not Sign Uche Ikpeazu On Permanent Basis

Uche Ikpeazu has revealed to the Nigeria edition of Soccer Laduma that he will return to his primary employers Watford to fight for a first team shirt instead of his continuing his collaboration with Crewe Alexandra.
Recall that in the winter transfer market, the forward was borrowed from the Championship side until the end of this season.
“I have not been offered a new contract by Crewe, I was just borrowed to them. I am not signing a new deal, I will return to Watford and hopefully look to get into the team,” Uche Ikpeaazu told SL10.ng.
The Anglo - Nigerian was elated that the Railwaymen maintained their third - tier status at the end of the championship.
“When I came here in January, I was very confident that we will beat relegation. I knew with the crop of players we have, we will do well,” he concluded.
19 - year - old Uche Ikpeazu scored four goals for Crewe Alexandra in League One.
