Tension In Ibadan Ahead 3SC/Akwa Final Showdown

There is a palpable tension in the air in Ibadan as their darling team, 3SC takes on Akwa Starlet in a winner takes all last match of Group ‘B’ of Nigeria National League scheduled for today Saturday, 15 at Lekan Salami Sports Complex Ibadan.
The Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Oyo State, Farouk Umar Alao has called on all the stakeholders in the state to rally support for 3SC in its final showdown which will determine the fate of who get the ticket from the less fancied Nigerian National League (NNL) to the Premier League of Nigerian football.
The commissioner who disclosed this while addressing newsmen in Ibadan ahead of the game however, urged all the fans not forget to pray fervently for the success of the team and come out in large numbers to cheer the boys in the all important match.
Also the counsel to the late Super Eagle all time highest goal scorer, Rashidi Yekini, Barr. Jubril Mohammed who is a staunch supporter of the Oluyole Warrior has disclosed the juicy package he has in stock to motivate the boys to get the much desired result.
“I have procured a mouthwatering prize for any 3SC player that emerge as player of the season, while I have also cultivated other professionals to do the same in order to encourage the boys just as it’s done in European Leagues.
“A colleague of mine, Abiodun Alli has also purchased a wonderful gift for ‘Man of the match’ for tomorrow’s match while the team would also collectively enjoy monetary benefits if they can put smiles on the faces of the fans by securing the ticket after the match from many spirited individuals”, lawyer Jubril noted.
