Official: Millwall Sign Ajiboye For Remainder Of The Season
Published: February 01, 2018
Exciting winger David Ajiboye was loaned out by Premier League club Brighton & Hove on the final day of the January transfer window.
The 19-year-old winger will spend the remainder of the season at Millwall’s under-23 side in the Professional Development League.
He recorded six appearances for the Seagulls in the PDL 2 before he was farmed out on loan to Millwall.
Ajiboye was on the books of Tottenham Hotspur before signing a scholarship deal with Brighton in 2015, and has yet to debut for the first-team.
He finished last season with 18 appearances to his name for the U18 team, scoring two goals including a last-minute winner against Arsenal.
England, Nigeria and Jamaica are the countries Ajiboye is eligible to represent but he has pledged his international future to Nigeria.
