Manchester United Are Favorites To Sign Manchester City Target In The Summer
Published: February 01, 2018
According to reports in Poland, Manchester United hope to beat their neighbors Manchester City to the signing of young Polish defender Łukasz Bejger.
Watch-esa.pl is reporting that the Red Devils will test Lech Poznan's resolve to hang onto the talented teenager by making a 350-500 thousand euros bid for his services.
Bejger celebrated his 16th birthday on January 11 and can be permitted to sign a contract with Manchester United.
His contract with Lech Poznan is due to run out in December 2018, but United are confident they can seal the deal taking him to Old Trafford in the coming months, so he'll join the U18s for pre-season training.
He trained at Manchester United's AoN Training Complex last year from July 31 to August 5 before heading to Manchester City Academy for another test.
