Winter Signing Fiabema Reacts After First Game For Chelsea U23s
Published: March 03, 2020Norwegian-Nigerian striker Bryan Fiabema was delighted to help Chelsea earn a win against Everton in a Premier League 2 clash at Aldershot on Monday night.
Chelsea U23s are the only unbeaten team in the division, winning ten of the 18 matches they have played so far, and hold a three-point lead over nearest challengers Leicester City at the top of the table.
Their latest victory in which Fiabema played a part did not come on a platter of gold as they had to wait until the 83rd minute to secure all three points, thanks to Luke McCormick's goal from the penalty spot.
Writing on Instagram, Fiabema said : "Important 3 points against everton and Good to Get some minutes in the banšš¾".
With four matches left to be played in the Premier League 2, the former Tromso starlet will be aiming to make his full debut for Chelsea U23 squad before the end of the season.
Fiabema was offered a professional contract by The Blues after impressing the youth team coaches during trials.
