Chelsea-Owned Winger Victor Moses Scores On His Full Debut For Spartak Moscow
Published: October 24, 2020Chelsea-owned winger Victor Moses found the net on his full debut for Spartak Moscow as they registered an impressive 3-1 road win against Krasnodar at Stadion FK Krasnodar on Saturday evening, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The former Nigeria international was named in the starting lineup for the first time since his summer move to the Muscovites, a week after he came off the bench against Bryan Idowu's Khimki.
Moses struck in the 33rd minute to double Spartak Moscow's lead and his goal was preceded by Ezequiel Ponce's 13th minute opener.
In the second half, Leon Sabois fired the ball into the net from two meters to half the deficit but Larsson restored the visitors' two-goal cushion.
With his strike today, Moses has scored for all the professional clubs he has represented with the exception of Inter Milan, for whom he bagged five assists in the second half of 2019-2020.
The Crystal Palace Academy product made way for Andrei Eshchenko in the 67th minute.
Following their win today, Spartak Moscow are top of the Russian Premier League table with 27 points from 12 games ahead of their next league game with FC Rostov.
