Randers reject FC Copenhagen's N695m bid for former Manchester United winger Tosin
Published: January 29, 2022Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Danish Superliga side Randers are continuing to play hardball over the sale of former Manchester United winger Tosin Kehinde.
Thirteen-time Danish champions FC Copenhagen recently put forward a bid of 1.5 million euros (approximately N695 million) to sign the 2019 Nigeria U23 invitee but it was rejected by Randers.
FC Copenhagen were in the market for a winger in the January transfer window and Kehinde had been on their wishlist before they eventually signed Paul Mukairu from Antalyaspor.
Nigeria underage international Akinkunmi Amoo was another winger of interest to FC Copenhagen but their bid of three million euros was rejected by Swedish club Hammarby.
Kehinde will enter the last twelve months of his contract with Randers in July 2022.
Randers would only be willing to cash in on the 23-year-old in the event one of his suitors offer in the region of 2.5 million euros for his transfer.
This season, the Lagos-born Kehinde has directly participated in eight goals in 26 appearances across all competitions.
