Arsenal's Golden Eaglets-eligible striker Chido Obi scored four goals for Denmark U17s in their 6-2 win over Norway in the opening match of the Open Nordic Championship in Finland on Wednesday.
He scored his first goal in the 19th minute when he beat his marker before putting the ball between the legs of the Norwegian goalkeeper.
His second goal came in the 31st minute through a right-footed shot having received a pass in the 18-yard box.
The young striker got his hat-trick three minutes into the second half with a header from a precise corner kick and completed his haul in the 58th minute with a cool finish after a mistake from the Norwegian defence
He is the youngest player named in the Danish team for the tournament and will have an opportunity to add to his tally when they take on Faroe Highlands on Friday.
The 15-year-old has been offered a scholarship deal by Arsenal for the 2024-2025 season.
He featured prominently for the Gunners U16s last season and made his debut in the U18 Premier League in their 4-4 draw with West Brom and also featured in their 3-1 loss to Aston Villa.
The talented forward is eligible to represent Nigeria, through his father, and England.
