PL highest rated U23 players: Saka top-rated ahead of Bradley, 2021 Super Eagles invitee Olise
Published: March 19, 2024
Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise has been ranked as the third best U23 player in the Premier League this season.
This follows Whoscored.com ratings which revealed the talented forward as the third best U23 player in the English top-flight since the start of the campaign.
With a rating of 7.54, Olise has been adjudged to be the third best in the category, Liverpool right back Conor Bradley sits in second position while Bukayo Saka is the highest rated player.
Chelsea in-form forward Cole Palmer was rated below the French youth international,as the former's 7.17 rating is the 5th best while Manchester City winger Jérémy Doku is ranked 4th.
Olise's season has been blighted by injuries featuring in just 11 games in the Premier League but yet has been in impressive form, scoring six goals and notching three assists.
The France U21 international has the second best goal contributions for Crystal Palace and the Eagles could have fared better if he had been fit for most part of the season.
Aware of his undisputed quality, Manchester United have made him a transfer priority for this summer transfer window and it has been claimed he favors a move to Old Trafford.
