Published: November 01, 2012
Ahead of Fenerbahçe's tenth round match with Akhisar Belediyespor, Nigeria skipper Joseph Yobo, out of action since October 7th, trained with the squad on Thursday without experiencing any difficulty.
The closed door training session, which lasted one - and - a - half hours, was used by coach Kocaman to fine-tune strategies for the away game on Saturday.
According to the official website of the Yellow Canaries, the team will train on Friday morning, and after the work-out take a charter plane to Izmir.
The squad has not been named for the trip to Akhisar. There are hints that Yobo will make the roster. However, what is certain is that the experienced defender will play in the Europa League match next Thursday against AEL Limassol.
So far, Yobo has played six games in the Super League, without receiving any caution.
