Kelechi Iheanacho Delighted After Winning Golden Ball Award

Kelechi Iheanacho was elated after being named the Most Valuable Player at the just concluded Fifa Under 17 World Cup held in United Arab Emirates.
In addition, Iheanacho’s 6 goals in 7 matches saw him win the Silver Boot for finishing as the second best marksman in the competition.
Speaking to the official website of Fifa, fifa.com, the Arsenal target said : “It means a lot to me personally because when I came into the national team camp I felt uneasy.
“A lot of the boys thought maybe I was too small, too skinny to be a good player.
“But I realized now with what I’ve done here that God is preparing something special for me.”
