Frenage Applauds New Oyo Sports Commissioner
Published: November 28, 2013The Chairman, management of Ibadan based football school, Frenage Soccer Academy has congratulated the new helmsman at the Sports in Oyo State, Mr. Umar Farouk Alao who resumed fully for duty on Wednesday 27th November at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Farouk, son of an Ibadan based business mogul and frontline religious leader, Alhaji Abdul-Azeez Alao-Arisekola replaced Dapo Lam-Adesina who was recently slammed with 10 years ban by disciplinary committee of Nigerian Football Federations (NFF) and has now moved to the Ministry of Industry, Applied Science and Technology.
The Frenage boss, Prince Oluwole Ololade in his congratulatory message he signed welcomed the new commissioner to the Oyo sports’ environment, promising an unwavering support of the academy towards grassroots soccer development in the state to the new commissioner.
“Frenage that has been in the vanguard of promoting grassroots football development in the state for quite some years ago now can proud of having good working relationship with Oyo State Ministry of Youths and Sports.
“Our prayers is for God to guide the new Commissioner right in his every decision making, so that people can better appreciate the huge investment of the present administration in the state in sports”, the statement read.
