Chigozie Udoji Confirms Aris Departure

Former Bulgarian youth international Chigozie Udoji has confirmed his departure from Aris Thessaloniki over unpaid wages.
The Greece Super League outfit, whose assets and liabilities are mismatched, owe him approximately 20,000 euros.
“Twice my attorney, conveyed that I must be paid but was not. I respect my contract, but I had to get paid the money they owed me.
“So I tabled an action. I am through with Aris,”gazzetta.gr referencing Arena of Thessaloniki quoted Chigozie Udoji as saying.
The 27 - year - old midfielder added : “It was clear in front of me. I know that Aris has financial problems. I wanted to help in any way but I do not want to be lied to.
“Now what is to be done by the attorney and my agent. It's too late. Already have left the team.
“I have two kids to grow up. They must respect my contract.”
Chigozie has represented three other clubs in Greece - Asteras Tripolis , Platanias and Atromitos.
