Chigozie Obasi Off To Spain For Deportivo La Coruna TestNigeria youth - teamer Chigozie Obasi picked up his visa last Friday from the Spanish embassy, and will depart Lagos today with his agent, Oliver Noah to Spain, where he has been scheduled to test and have a medical with Deportivo La Coruna.

Initially, the Segunda Division outfit had planned to run the rule over the soon - to - be 16 - year - old after the World Cup, but they have now insisted that he embarks on the eight hours thirty five minutes flight to La Coruna immediately.

Chigozie Obasi has been likened to another Nigerian midfielder based in Spain, Ramon Azeez of Almeria.
