Kenneth Ngwoke Vows To Keep Delivering The Goods For Yenicami
Published: October 15, 2014
Kenneth Ikechukwu Ngwoke is happy with the way the season has started for him, having netted 8 goals in 3 games for Northern Cypriot top division side, Yenicami Aäÿdelen S.K.
Last weekend, the 21 - year - old bagged a brace as Yenicami Aäÿdelen S.K. defeated Cetinkaya 3 - 1, and he has vowed that he will keep firing on all cylinders until the end of this season.
“I do not know how many goals I will score this season, but I wish to add to the number of goals I have scored already.
“Hard work and playing together as a team is behind my good form this season,” the Yenicami Aäÿdelen S.K number 32 told allnigeriasoccer.com.
But the former Cetinkaya goal poacher has played down suggestions that Yenicami are one of the favourites to win the championship, saying there are a lot of games left to play.
“The season just kicked off. We have a lot of matches to play and it is too early to know the team that will win the league with three matches played,” Ngwoke concluded.
The youngster has been in Northern Cyprus since September 2012, first appearing for Hamitkoy SK before he switched to Yenicami at the start of the 2013 - 2014 campaign.
