Golden Eaglets Qualify For Fifa Under 17 World Cup

Defending champions of the Fifa Under 17 World Cup, Nigeria, will defend the trophy in Chile, beginning from October 2015.
In the final Group A fixtures, the Golden Eaglets defeated Zambia 3 - 1, while nearest challengers Guinea lost 2 - 1 to hosts Niger Republic.
Two goals from Victor Osimhen and one from skipper Kelechi Nwakali helped Nigeria to victory, with Patson Daka grabbing the Zambians sole goal.
The Ultimate Strikers forward gave the Eaglets the lead in the 35th minute, and Nwakali doubled Nigeria’s advantage with a fine finish just before the half - time whistle.
Three minutes after the interval, Victor Osimhen scored his third goal of the tournament.
Nigeria will square off against a yet to be determined Group B runner - up in the semi - finals on Wednesday, February 25.
