Fifa World Rankings : Super Falcons Climb Four Places

On Friday morning, Fifa s released the latest ranking of Women’s National Teams for the period ended July 9, 2015.
Despite failing to win a game at the Fifa Women’s World Cup, African champions, the Super Falcons, have climbed four positions in the rankings and now occupy the 29th position.
In Africa, Nigeria top the rankings followed by Cameroon, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea and South Africa in that order.
The Super Falcons opponents at the All Africa Games - Ivory Coast, Congo and Tanzania - are ranked 67th, 95th and 129th respectively.
Meanwhile, newly crowned world champions, United States, have leapfrogged Germany, who now occupy the second position ahead of France, Japan and England.
