DONE DEAL : Yeni Malatyaspor Snap Up George Akpabio From Chippa United

Newly promoted Turkish First League club Yeni Malatyaspor have bolstered their ranks with the signing of George Akpabio from Chippa United.
The ex Plateau United star has penned a two - year deal with Yeni Malatyaspor , according to his intermediary, Mohammed Lawal.
The 22 - year - old transferred to Ajax Cape Town in 2012 after emerging the top scorer for Plateau United with 18 goals, then, enjoyed loan spells with Vasco da Gama and Chippa United, who acquired him outright in 2014.
In the summer of 2011, Akpabio trained with Lillestrom and Viking but was not offered a contract by both Tippeligaen clubs.
He links up with Nigeria international Sunday Mba at The Apricot Landers.
