Dele Alli Targets Win Against Norway
Published: September 06, 2015
Dele Alli is hoping England Under 21s maintain their 100 percent record when they take on Norway in a European Under 21 Championship qualifier in Drammen on Monday.
The Tottenham Hostpur midfielder shone like a million stars as Gareth Southgate’s side defeated USA Under 23s 1- 0 in Preston on Thursday in their first game of the new season.
“The first game is always a big one and we want to get a win to start off with the points,” said Alli to thefa.com.
“It’s a big game and we want to do as well as we can. It was a good performance from the team on Thursday, we haven’ t been together that long but there’s some real chemistry between the boys.
“There were a lot of positives and hopefully we can take them into our next game on Monday.”
