Official : Mosta Announce Signing Of Ex Orlando Pirates Star Onyekachi Okonkwo

Maltese Premier League club Mosta have completed the signing of Nigeria international Onyekachi Okonkwo on undisclosed terms.
The central midfielder has been searching for a new employer following his release by South African club Mpumalanga Black Aces at the end of the 2014 - 2015 season and was offered to a number of clubs in USA and Europe.
The 33 - year - old started his career outside Nigeria with Orlando Pirates in 2004 after helping Enyimba win back - to - back CAF Champions League titles.
Okonkwo later starred for FC Zurich (Switzerland) and Al Kharitiyath (Qatar) before making a dramatic return to Orlando Pirates in the 2012 - 13 campaign.
He is credited with 20 international caps for the Super Eagles and participated at the 2008 African Cup of Nations.
