Fegor Ogude Not In The Best Mood; Will Not Join Amkar Perm Immediately
Published: January 13, 2016Fegor Ogude has low morale despite the release of his kidnapped wife and will not be joining Amkar Perm’s training camp in the United Arab Emirates immediately.
On Sunday night, his wife was released from captivity after the Nigeria national - teamer paid ransom thought to be in the region of =N= 1.3 million.
“Fegor yesterday made contact with the club and confirmed that his wife was allowed to go home, ” Dmitry Entsov, the Communications Chief of Amkar Perm, told rsport.ru.
“While he was granted indefinite leave in connection with the incident, Ogude is not in the best morale, as well as his wife, so we gave him a few days to relax and recover.
“Later we will know when Fegor will join the team at the training camp in the UAE. ”
In the near future, Fegor Ogude will take a direct flight from Nigeria and link up with the rest of his teammates, including compatriots Izunna Uzochukwu, Chuma Anene and Brian Idowu, in the United Arab Emirates.
